Maid of Honor
As the younger sister of Miss Pratt, Miss Chelsea Pratt has been a part of the bride's life since their adventurous childhood in Fayetteville, NC. Chelsea has been there for all of Kayla's phases through life and has supported her since day one. Sisters bump heads sometimes, but that is what makes the relationship real and honest. Chelsea is the fire to Kayla's ice, and always has her older sister's back. She knows the groom as "Pauly C" and has watched the bride and groom's relationship flourish from her middle school years to now Senior year in college. Walking down the aisle would feel incomplete without her up there with her.
Matron of Honor
Her first best friend by blood, Lady Alaisha Ankamah has always been like an older sister to Kayla. Since toddler years and childhood, Kayla used to follow Alaisha everywhere. Through thick and thin Alaisha and Kayla have followed each other over time and continue to experience life together! She was there for Kayla's first steps, first drink, engagement, and now wedding. Fun fact: Alaisha worked with the groom closely to plan the proposal and even secretly helped him with ring shopping!
Bridesmaid
Starting at NCA&T in the piccolo section of the Blue and Gold Marching Machine, Lady Mickalia Hunter and Kayla developed a friendship that became a sisterhood. Feeding off of each other's drive to be great women and leaders, they lead the piccolo section to greatness together. Mickalia led her newfound sister into Tau Beta Sigma first in 2015, and Kayla followed in 2016. Both now married to/marrying trumpet players, and apartment roommates until graduation, they continue to cheer each other on from hundreds of miles away.
Bridesmaid
Miss Shaniqua Joseph became one of Kayla's best friends, closest confidants, and forever sisters at NC A&T in Spring 2016. Leading her 10 other sisters as the honcho of their line for Tau Beta Sigma, Shaniqua became a sister that Kayla never saw coming, but those are always the best! They have grown extremely close over the years and continue to support each other through life's unexpected challenges.
Bridesmaid
Everyone needs a friend who can bring out the sunshine on a rainy day, and Miss Ashlei Randolph is a prime example! After pledging Tau Beta Sigma in Spring 2016 together as line sisters #6 and #7, Ashlei has become one of the most cherished friends of the bride and always will be!
