Matron of Honor
Chelsea and I did our athletic training internship together at Gallaudet University in Washington DC in the Fall of 2011. We lived in a dorm room and worked together so needless to say it was just a matter of time before we became best friends. As for those of you that don't know, Gallaudet is a school for the deaf and hard of hearing. I am not fluent in American Sign Language so it was often a struggle for me to communicate with my athletes. This adversity as well as being a country girl in a big city definitely had me lean on Chelsea through our entire internship. After our internship it was weird to be separate from each other. We talk almost daily even though we rarely see each other. She has been there through all my ups and downs. I know my life would be incomplete with out her.
Maid of Honor
Julie and I have been the best of friends since our 7th grade year when I lockers where next to each other year after year. We always joked that we were the exact same size in clothes and shoes for most of our high school years. During sports, we were always partners with each other, and shared a seat on the bus while traveling. We also got ready for homecoming together throughout our high school years, and most recently we repeated this tradition for our friend Candice's wedding last summer. Julie and I may not talk often, but whenever we are together it feels like nothing has changed.
Best Man
Paul and I have known Patrick for just about the same amount of time. They worked at Chelsea Lumber together back in 2011-2012. Paul is a light-hearted, fun-loving guy, that puts up with all of Patrick's shenanigans. They enjoy hunting and fishing together. They are often playing pranks and other jokes on each other. I'm so glad Patrick has such a good friend in Paul. He is a wonderful guy that we are lucky to have in our life.
Groomsman
Patrick and Kenny went to high school together and had many fun adventures throughout the years. Kenny has recently moved back to Michigan. Since that time Patrick and Kenny have enjoyed reconnecting and hanging out together in their spare time.
Dog of Honor
My girl will a course be a part of our special day. She is my favorite four legged travel buddy, and I rarely travel without her. She is so smart, independent, but loves to snuggle with me.
