We truly wanted to have the little ones join us for our special day however, no children are allowed in the venue space. We have been informed from the venue that state law prohibits them from allowing any patrons under the age of 18. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Hell or High Water opens their doors for us at 4:30 PM. We ask that guests arrive by 5:00 PM to keep us all on schedule.
We have linked a handful of hotel options that are located near the venue. Downtown Louisville has many additional hotels, motels, and holiday inns.... There are also many lovely Airbnb options within an easy drive. If you are curious about any of the areas, feel free to ask us!
There are street parking and parking garage options surrounding the area. We have pinned a suggested parking lot and area of typically open street parking that is not far from the venue under the "Travel" page.
No, many of the hotels are a short walk from the venue and after party. Louisville has a strong presence or Uber, Lyft, and taxi services.
This might seem like an odd FAQ, but we are doing things slightly different. Our venue can only comfortably accommodate 80 people. I think that covers the cousins on Kaelin's side only! As such, we've had to make some hard decisions about invites. We've curated an intimate wedding with our close family, aunts and uncles, grandparents, and friends. We wish all our cousins could be with us but hope that everyone understands our desire to keep our wedding intimate. Thank you for understanding.
Absolutely! Just let us know as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate. We are already planning on vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, non-alcoholic, and chocolate free options. for the evening. Back up plans are always door dashed Chick-fil-A!
