For all our travelers - this is the best airport to fly into. 30 minutes from our venue and just over 15 minutes to our blocked hotel.

Enter dates, double click on “add special rate code,” in the box that says “group code” type in “BPW” and then click on “check room and rates.” You will then be directed to the list of room types and discounted rates. You can also call the hotel directly and reference the “BPW” block to receive the discounted rate when booking. Please note that this special rate is only available until July 26th. Shuttle service will be available to and from the hotel - be sure to join us for our after party! 🥂

Our shuttles will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn promptly at 3:10pm. This will allow time for guests to get settled and mingle prior to our ceremony. All shuttles will leave The Gathering Place at 10pm to return for our after party.
