A block of rooms has been reserved at the Grand Hyatt Vail. The hotel is a short walk to the wedding venue and will also be the location of the welcome party on Friday evening. There are several large events in the town of Vail on our wedding weekend, so we recommend booking accommodations at your earliest convenience. Hotel block rate will be available Thursday, September 4th through Sunday, September 7th. Reservations must be made by August 4th, 2025. *Note: If parking is needed, there is a discounted parking rate of $45 per night.

Flight
Most flights will arrive at Denver International Airport (DIA). DIA is approximately 2 hours from Vail, so we recommend renting a car or arranging a shuttle service ahead of your arrival. Alternatively, you may book a direct or connecting flight to Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) which is about a 35 minute drive to the town of Vail.
