Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Moab
We have reserved a block of rooms at the The Fairfield Inn & Suites that can be booked using the provided link - or ask for the Pape/Steffen Wedding Block if calling to make your reservation. The room block is available Friday (10/18) through Monday (10/21). We will have a shuttle to/from this hotel to the venue (~10 min drive). The last day to book a room in the hotel block is September 18th.

Shuttle from Fairfield Inn & Suites
October 20, 2024 2:15 pm - 2:30 pm
The shuttle will transport guests from the Fairfield Inn & Suites to the Venue. The shuttle will begin loading at 2:15 PM and depart at 2:30 PM. A return shuttle will transport guests back to the hotel at 10:00 PM. The shuttle is only available to guests that indicated they plan to take the shuttle in their RSVP.

Getting to the Welcome Picnic
The Welcome Picnic on 10/19 is at Lion's Park in Moab. If you are staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites then Lion's Park is an approximately 15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge over the Colorado River. See the link for walking directions.

Salt Lake City International Airport
Salt Lake City International Airport is a great option to fly into. It is exactly a 3.5 hour drive from the airport to Moab/The Red Earth Venue.

Denver International Airport (DIA)
DIA is another great option to fly into, though a little further than Salt Lake City. It is a 5.5 hour drive from Denver to Moab/The Red Earth Venue.

Grand Junction Regional Airport
Grand Junction Airport is a smaller though closer airport you could fly into for the wedding. It is 1.5 hour drive to Moab/The Red Earth Venue.

Canyonlands Regional Airport
Canyonlands Regional Airport is located in Moab, UT and is the closest to the venue, though there will be limited flight options and you'll likely need to connect through Denver or Salt Lake City. Rental cars/Ubers are more limited in Moab, so make sure to look into options for transportation prior to travel.
