What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
You should arrive at the Red Earth Venue no later than 2:45pm on Sunday 10/20/24 for the ceremony.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The wedding attire will be semi-formal with cocktail or sun dresses, suits, etc all being great options. A light jacket is encouraged as the temperature will drop later in the evening. Feel free to bring an extra pair of comfy shoes for dancing (no one wants a broken ankle)!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors. Dancing will be both inside and outside. We will also have heating lamps and firepits for the outdoor space to enjoy in the evenings.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather this time of year in Moab will be Fall temperatures. 73 degrees is the usual average high temperature, while the average low is 39 degrees.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
Answer
There is parking at the venue, but for those who will be drinking we encourage you to use our shuttle. There will be a shuttle to the venue departing from the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 2:30pm. The return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00pm. See the travel tab for additional information.

How do I get to the Welcome Picnic at Lion's Park?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at Lion's Park, but if you are staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites then you can walk from the hotel. See the note in the Travel tab for walking directions.

Can I Bring a Plus One?
Answer
Only those whose names are listed on the invitations are invited to the wedding. This will be a small event, so the guest list has been limited to close friends and family. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any plus ones.

Can I Bring a Gift to the Wedding?
Answer
We encourage you to utilize the online registry for any gifts. We will have a box at the wedding for any cards you wish to bring!
