Parking will be available at the trailhead of Upper Beaver Meadows. You must enter Rocky Mountain National Park through the Estes Park entrance for quickest arrival.
The ceremony begins at 4pm. You have to enter through the ranger station at Rocky Mountain National Park and there is a quick small walk to the ceremony location, please make sure to arrive 15-30 minutes early to enter the park and give yourself time to get to the ceremony location.
Due to limited capacity and guest limit at our ceremony location no plus ones are allowed. We respectfully request that you bring the guests formally invited on your invitation. We have chosen to keep our wedding small and intimate with our closest family and friends.
No, the ceremony and reception are in two different locations. They are a short 10-15 minute drive from each other.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors, while our dinner and reception will be held indoors.

Due to our wedding being a destination wedding, we know it might be hard for everyone to attend. Please feel free to fly in/out whenever is most convenient for you. We do suggest everyone fly in the day before the wedding (October 5th, 2023) and fly out the day after (October 7th, 2023) to allow you enough time to enjoy the full wedding day with us. Paola & Cris, along with their wedding party will be flying in October 4th, 2023 and flying out October 8th, 2023.
The deadline to our RSVP is August 1st, 2023 so that we are able to communicate final head counts to our venue and vendors. The sooner you let us know the better.
Typical weather in Colorado in early October is in the low 70's. We will be higher in elevation in the mountains therefore it might be a bit breezy and chilly as the sun goes down. We recommend bringing a jacket/sweater if you get cold easily!
Yes, please! We want photos and videos captured from our day, especially from our family and friends point of views. During our ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain from blocking the photographer.
Due to our guest count being limited we were unable to get a hotel block, our recommendation if you are just flying in to attend the wedding is to stay as close as possible to Estes Park, CO for quick transportation to ceremony location and reception location. If you plan to stay longer and attend other events with us during the wedding weekend our recommendation would be to stay as close as possible to our airbnb located in Boulder, CO!
We are currently not registered anywhere. While your presence alone is the best gift of all, should you choose to gift please do so in cash funds for our honeymoon.
Yes! We want to take advantage that our families will all be together and spend more time with you aside from our wedding day. Saturday morning following the wedding we are planning a trip to Colorado Springs to visit Garden of the Gods and Seven Falls. We would love for everyone to join! Please contact Paola for more questions regarding this!
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
If you have any other questions, please call or text either one of us at any time.
