Question

How do I access the live stream?

Answer

You can access the livestream here: https://www.towervideophoto.com/2020/08/31/marissa-and-james-9-13-20/ There’s even a chat feature to engage with other guests and share feedback for James & Marissa to review at the end of the ceremony when they swing by to say hello.

Question

I heard there was a virtual photo booth. How does that work?

Answer

Just like a regular photo booth, but you can do it from home or wherever you are by logging on to http://partyroamer.com/paineparty from your phone, tablet or personal computer? Have fun with it and create still photos, gifs and even boomerangs. We can’t wait to see your shots!

Question

What time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We are planning to begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00 p.m. To ensure you have enough time to clear valet and our COVID-19 screening, doors will open at 4:30 p.m.

Question

How should I dress?

Answer

When was the last time you got to dress up and enjoy a lovely evening out? This is your chance! It’s not completely black-tie, but it’s close. Have fun!

Question

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, how are you planning to adapt your event?

Answer

• Restricted Access: All in-person guests are asked not to attend the event in person if they: 1. are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 30 days 2. are currently feeling ill or experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms 3. have been exposed to anyone that has been confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days • Social Distance: Our venue holds 500 people, but we are expecting no more than 75. Both the ceremony and the reception will have plenty of room for guests to maintain a healthy distance* from other guests based on their comfort level. *Dinner tables seat 10 but will be limited to 6 guests. • Cloth Masks & Filters: Cloth masks and filters will be provided and required to be worn anytime you are circulating the room or around other guests. The only exceptions are when you are eating, drinking, taking photos or for brief periods of “mask breaks” when seated at your assigned table only.

Question

How will mealtime be handled?

Answer

• Food Service: We were so excited about family style dining, but for the safety of all, dinner will be served by our professional catering staff behind a plexi-glass screen. • Hand Sanitizer: Will be available in abundance. Please use it early and often.
