Do we need passports?

Answer

No! Guests traveling from within the US do not need a passport to visit St. John. If you plan on island hopping, you do need a passport for the British Virgin Islands.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Feel free to bring your little ones to St. John, however all wedding festivities are adults-only.

Should we rent a car?

Answer

If you're staying more than a few days, we recommend renting a car to explore the island. There are plenty of car rental places on the island of St. John or you could look into renting a car on St. Thomas upon arrival. Otherwise, taxis are easy to find and a shuttle will be available to and from the wedding venue. See the "travel" section for more information!

Do we need trip insurance?

Answer

We may be lucky in love, but not so lucky in travel… If you know us, you know we’ve had our fair share of travel mishaps. We highly recommend trip insurance, especially when traveling to the tropics! Square Mouth is a good site with lots of different options.
