There are 2 airport options: SFO (most common) and Sonoma Country Airport. The drive from SFO to the Sonoma is just over an hour (56 miles). The drive from Sonoma County Airport to Sonoma is 45 minutes (37 miles). If you're renting a car, we recommend Turo!
If you'd rather Uber everywhere (just like that one song), then flying into Santa Rosa might be a better bet. The Uber/Lyft from Santa Rosa airport to Sonoma is roughly 45 minutes.
We have a hotel block at the Fairmont Mission Inn & Spa. That's where we will be staying and also where the welcome party will happen! However, there are several Airbnb, VRBO, and hotels/inns around town.
There are several great lodging options in Sonoma! We have used both Airbnb and VRBO to book houses in the area, and we've found that getting an Uber/Lyft isn't too hard. Even if you don't stay at the Fairmont, you can still Uber there to hop on the shuttles to the wedding venue!
If you aren't staying at the Fairmont, we recommend staying near the town square. There are great restaurants/wine tasting rooms on the square, and it's only 2 miles from the Fairmont. There are also several Inns/B&Bs near the square! Sonoma isn't a huge town, so you're never "too far" from anything.
Yes! There will be shuttles from the Fairmont to the wedding venue. The same shuttles will take guests back to the Fairmont, as well as making a stop at the town square in case anyone would like to keep the party going. This transportation is for everyone, even if you are not staying at the Fairmont!

Formal attire encouraged! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass lawns, so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.
The entire event will be outdoors! The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, and dinner/reception will be in covered outdoor spaces.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP!
This will be an adult only event (unless your children are listed on your invite and RSVP). We love your kiddos, but we would love to give the parents a fun night off with friends and family!
No photos during the ceremony please! It will be an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning we'd love for all phones to be put away and silenced. We trust our photographers to capture our special day, but please feel free to take any fun photos and videos you'd like after the ceremony is over!
