We met online on an app called Bumble. Our first time meeting consisted of watching movies and drinking beer. Brandon was drinking Naturdays and Erin was drinking McGolden Light. There was more visiting about life then watching movies. The rest is history.

We were together basically daily all of July. One night when we were hanging out Erin dropped the ball and asked Brandon if he would like to be her boyfriend. The answer was yes!

The process started in fall 2020. While staying at home for a good chunk of 2020, browsing zillow for fun became a weekly to sometimes daily occurrence. We started browsing around in Grand Forks, ND with no luck and eventually started browsing in East Grand Forks. One sunday afternoon we took a drive around EGF to go by one house we saw online. We took the first step and contacted the realtor. The next day we met with the Realtor and toured the house. Our realtor helped us to find and tour two more houses. Based on the pictures on zillow Brandon was against even touring our house at first. As soon as we arrived in the driveway of the house Brandon's mind was changed. We didn't even want to tour the second house that evening our mind was made that was our house. January 7th rolled around and we moved into our first home in EGF. We are now proud "East Greasers" :)

We planned a weekend where both of our families were in Alexandria at Steve and Christy's house to celebrate our two year anniversary. Steve, Christy, Melanie, Brianna, Brandon, Erin, and Finley spent the day on the chain of lakes relaxing on the pontoon. That evening the Anderson Bash was on the agenda; Terry Clark and Lonestar were the performers of the night. Many drinks and fun were had. During the song Amazed Brandon asked Erin to dance. During the middle of the song Brandon got down on one knee and popped the question, surrounded by loved ones and many drunken strangers. :)
