Question

Do I need to be vaccinated to come to the wedding?

Answer

We are asking that all guests to be vaccinated prior to our event for their own safety. Please do not risk the health of all of our other loved ones. The only way to safely have the wedding of our dreams is for everyone to be vaccinated. We look forward to talking and dancing with everyone without worries about the spread of COVID.

Question

How will the venues be COVID-safe?

Answer

We want to assure guests that we are doing everything in our control to minimize risks for our wedding. Our rehearsal dinner venue is a rooftop tent with open sides. Our Welcome Party on Broadway is on the top floor of a bar, but will be a private party on an open air rooftop with a small overhead covering. Our venue for the ceremony and reception is indoor, but is touted as the single largest free-standing venue in downtown Nashville. The Bell Tower has massive ceilings and a mezzanine where half of our guests will eat dinner. The cocktail hour space (which will be part of the reception as well) has large side panels that open to the outdoors. Dinners will be plated. The Infinity Event staff will be wearing masks and gloves.

Question

How is parking by the wedding venue?

Answer

The Bell Tower does not have ANY parking. Paying to park downtown or valet at the hotels becomes very expensive. Our wedding will be totally open bar. We will have a good time. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. We still recommend using Uber/Lyft for any and all travel around Nashville.

Question

Are my kids invited?

Answer

Short answer- no one under the age of 18 is invited. We love all of your little ones, but on our big day we want to keep it as an adults night out!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

To each their own! If you want to be in the heart of the action- hotels downtown are the best bet. If you want to experience local neighborhood flavor, especially with a larger group (and save a little on cost) Airbnb will be ideal. Please refer to the "Travel" page for more details.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Our recommendation is to NOT rent a car in Nashville. Uber and Lyft are very accessible. Downtown Nashville is extremely pedestrian friendly. All of our room blocks and recommended places to stay are within walking distance or a $10 Uber/Lyft ride from wedding venues. All of our festivities will have plenty of alcohol. PLEASE do not drink and drive.

Question

Where is the happy couple registered?

Answer

We are registered at Zola.com. This very website has a "Registry" page listed at the top. Since we don't need a lot of "stuff" in our small apartment, many of our gifts are funds for future experiences together and larger investments.
