Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the venue is 21+. Children (outside of immediate family) cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have curated our guest list based on those with spouses and have done our best to include those who we anticipate to bring a date. Your invite will formally invite yourself and a guest. We will include a number of seats reserved for you on your RSVP card. If you plan to bring a guest that wasn’t formally invited, please let either Ashley at (845) 282-2441 or Tony at (845) 238-8168 know before you RSVP so we are able to see if we can accommodate.

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by August 31st, 2024.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have included a section on the digital and paper RSVP that will request any dietary restrictions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The recommended attire is Black-tie optional. While tuxes and gowns are welcome, so are suits and cocktail dresses. We are excited to see your personal style! Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking is offered for all guest.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Mount Airy offers hotel rooms and there will be a room block for discounted rates. More information can be found under the travel section.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Registry/Gifts?

Answer

We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our future home downpayment would be very much appreciated. We have set up a cash fund wedding registry which can be found under the registry section. OR A wedding card box will be at our reception.
