We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your RSVP will be made to " (Your name) & guests" if a plus one has been given to you. If situations arise please contact the bride or groom!
Yes! Children invited will be named on your RSVP made out to " (your name) & (your children's names)" for the children accompanying you. We hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.
As per request from our venue, children are NOT permitted at the ceremony site once guests have exited, as well as, are NOT allowed outside of the tent/ cocktail area. Our venue has requested that children be accompanied at all times by their adult, remain inside the tent after dark unless with an adult and avoid any climbing of trees, removing of rocks, or exploring outside of the designated tent and cocktail area. Further more, with the abundance of wildlife we send out an additional request that children are kept within eyesight of their adult. While this wedding is kid friendly - with a designated kids table and play area inside the tent, it is not designed to be a free for all for the kiddos. Expect lots of friends for your children to play with, with a guest list of 20 children under the age of 12!
Cocktail attire, mountain style! Our venue is located at a high elevation, outdoors, in October so the appropriate seasonal attire should be worn. Avoid high heels. We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us!
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- Whites, ivories, and creams.
Ceremony begins at 4:30pm. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to allow for parking and the short hike up to the ceremony site. If arrival is after the start of the ceremony, guests are to wait in the parking lot and join us at the cocktail hour that follows.
Our venue will house our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The ceremony and cocktail hour take place outdoors and our reception will be in a tent on the property.
Yes! please know we already intend of providing gluten free options for dinner and desert. Any concerns please contact the bride or groom.
