What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated by 4:15pm. This way, we are able to begin on time and the party will be started sooner!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided from the Hilton Garden Hotel to the venue, as well as transportation back to the Hilton after the wedding. The first shuttle to the venue will leave the Hilton at 3:35pm. The second shuttle from the Hilton to the venue will leave at 4:05pm. The shuttle from the venue back to the Hilton will be at 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 10:45pm.

There is ample parking at the venue sight.
