Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We've arranged for shuttle services between the venue and Leavenworth, both to and from the wedding. Depending on number of takers, we will provide a bus for up to 54 guests. Pick-up and drop off point will be across the street from the Bavarian Lodge on Highway 2, in front of the gazebo. The shuttle will arrive at 3:30 PM to the pick up point and leave for the venue from pick-up point at 3:45 PM. It will return at the conclusion of the reception, around 10 PM. It will be first come / first serve. Please contact Megan or Drew if you'd like a spot. See below for updated counter of currently reserved shuttle seats: 18/54

Are children allowed?

Answer

This is intended to be an adults only event. Only a few special exceptions have been made. Please let Megan or Drew know if this is an issue.

What will be served for food?

Answer

We will be serving a Mexican food oriented array of foods: - Appetizers during cocktail hour: ceviche, chips/salsa/guacamole, and quesadillas. - Dinner: taco bar w/ choice of chicken, pork, beef, or veggie w/ toppings. - Dessert: assorted churros, cupcakes, and fruit tarts
