What do I wear?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be located outside and requires walking on grass. We encourage guests to be mindful of the weather and dress accordingly for an outdoor ceremony.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes! We hope to enjoy a scenic outdoor ceremony. We encourage guests to bring jackets. Fall in Vermont can be beautiful, but chilly.

Is the reception outdoors?

Answer

No, the reception will be held indoors. Shuttles will be provided from the ceremony location to the main lodge following the ceremony. It is also a short walk down the grass, for those interested in traveling by foot.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony will be held at the reception location.

Will I be able to get an Uber/Lyft?

Answer

What kind of bar will there be at the wedding?

Answer

Drinks are on us for cocktail hour and the reception! However, the Welcome Party and After Party will be a cash bar for those who attend.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is ample parking available for guests. There is a lot in front of the main lodge and one next to the ceremony site. For guests staying at the resort, there is a shuttle that will drop you off at the ceremony site. Please contact the front desk (802) 483-2311 if you are interested in this service.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

For those staying at the Mountain Top Resort: Yes! There are shuttles that can transport you around the resort day and night. However, these shuttles are unable to travel to hotels off the premise due to the resort's policies.

How do I book a Mountain Top Resort guest house?

We encourage our guests to consider lodging with friends and family in one of the many chalet guest houses on the property. When ready to book, please call the front desk at 802-483-2311. Are small children invited to the wedding?

Although we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that no small children attend the wedding.

As indicated on formal invitations, the option to RSVP online ended on September 1st. For any updates to your RSVP status, please contact the couple directly.
