We recommend all guests stay at the Montage Big Sky. All the wedding events will be held at the Montage, and guests will be picked up and dropped off at the Montage for the ceremony. In addition to convenience for wedding events, the Montage offers a unique and peaceful stay with gorgeous views of the Spanish Peaks and so many wonderful amenities. We are pleased to offer our guests a significant discounted rate at the Montage. Due to difficulty coordinating arrivals on different days and at various times, there will not be wedding-specific transportation from the airport to the hotel. However, Bozeman International Airport offers several transportation options for guests, including rental cars, airport shuttles, or Uber/Lyft. For guests staying at the Montage, airport shuttles and rental cars are available to and from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport through the Montage's exclusive partnerships with Snow Country Limousine and Go-Rentals. Vehicles are available on-site for you to rent for a day trip or your entire stay. The Montage also offers complimentary local transportation to all guests. We encourage guests to reach out to the Montage concierge for additional details and availability. We will be providing transportation from the Montage to Soldiers Chapel for the ceremony, and from Soldiers Chapel back to the Montage for the reception (~15 minute drive). If you will be needing transportation for the ceremony, please meet in the Montage lobby at 2:00pm. Please visit the "Schedule" tab for additional details on logistics for each event.

We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best black-tie optional attire for the wedding and in your best cocktail attire for the welcome event. We also kindly ask no feathers or eucalyptus of any kind, as the bride is allergic to both. The welcome event and cocktail hour will be held outside, so we recommend bringing a jacket for the evening. Please visit the "Schedule" tab for additional details on specific wedding events and outfit recommendations.
Due to limited space and venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, their name will appear on the invitation.
Yes, please! We encourage everyone to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like. We will be providing a QR code at the wedding that guests can scan and will take you to a private gallery. Guests can then easily upload and share their memories from the wedding! Don't forget to tag us in any Instagram posts, as well.
Yes, please note any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP.
