Rehearsal Dinner

This event will be cocktail attire. We recommend bringing a jacket.
This event is for those in the wedding party and the bride and groom's immediate families. The rehearsal dinner will take place at Backcast (which is located right across from the pool and faces the hotel terrace, Cortina, and Alpenglow). Cocktails will begin at 6pm, and dinner will be served at 6:30pm.

Wedding Rehearsal

This event is for those in the wedding ceremony to walk through logistics for the big day! Soldiers Chapel is a 15 minute drive from the Montage. Please arrive a few minutes early, so we can start promptly at 3pm.
No need to dress formal, but please remember we will be in a church - dress accordingly.
Welcome Event

We're so excited to welcome our guests to Big Sky and start the wedding festivities! Hors d’oeuvres, dessert, and drinks will be provided.
This event is cocktail attire. We welcome and encourage everyone to crack out their finest Montana attire (think cocktail attire with a Montana chic flare). For inspo ideas, women can wear cocktail dresses, long flowy dresses or skirts, and men can wear khakis, button down, blazers, suit no tie, and/or dressy dark jeans (please no ripped jeans). For additional outfit ideas, we recommend searching on Google or Pinterest “western cocktail attire” or “Montana chic cocktail attire.” We also recommend bringing a jacket, as this will be outside (with heaters and fire pits). In the case of inclement weather, we will move indoors. Please no feathers of any kind, as the bride is allergic.

Wedding Ceremony

Transportation will be provided for all guests from the Montage to Soldiers Chapel for the ceremony, and from Soldiers Chapel back to the Montage for the reception (~15 minute drive). If you will be needing transportation, please meet in the Montage lobby at 2:00pm. This event will be black-tie optional attire. We kindly request no feathers or eucalyptus of any kind, as the bride is allergic.
Reception

Immediately following the ceremony, guests will return to the Montage for a cocktail hour and the reception. The reception will occur in the Grand Ballroom, and the cocktail hour will take place on the patio right outside the Grand Ballroom, with a beautiful view of the Spanish Peaks. As the cocktail hour will be outside, we recommend bringing a jacket.

At 11:00pm, we will be moving from the Grand Ballroom to the Rivalry Room at the Montage to continue celebrating and dancing the night away! The Rivalry Room includes an expansive sports simulator, including golf, soccer, and dodgeball, as well as various carnival games. Late night bites will also be provided.
