Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes the designation "and guest," of course! If not, we'd prefer to have just you join us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We ask that you let us know of any allergies when you submit your RSVP. All of our venues are able to accommodate allergies and other restrictions.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle services, to and from, the Wintergarden are available through the Hyatt Regency Rochester. Lyft and Uber options are also available. If you'd prefer to travel on foot, the Hyatt and the Wintergarden are within a comfortable walking distance.
