When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

6:00pm, ceremony begins at 6:30 and we’d like you all to be seated before it begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see you in formal dress.

What is formal dress?

Answer

A nice shirt and tie for men, a jacket isn’t necessary but be wanted due to time of year. Ladies where a nice dress or blouse with dressy pant or skirt. 😉

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If previously approved by the couple AND If that is displayed on your RSVP (when you RSVP), otherwise no.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re allowing a limited number of children to attend and overall expect it to be PG-13 type of wedding and ZERO children reception. If the children are listed on your RSVP, then they’ve been included, if not, they’re unfortunately not allowed to come and we will not have the space for them. 🤗

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please check the travel page for details on block rate/suggested hotel for wedding. We wouldn’t want you to miss the shuttle. 😉

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will already be having dishes that are gluten-free and vegetarian. If you need additional accommodations, please let us know by emailing us at nichandfelicia@gmail.com.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Crystal Gardens. Also, your car is safe to be left there overnight should you decide to catch a ride with someone else or ride the shuttle to one of of the hotels at the end of the night. If you are staying at the suggested hotel then you can expect to be shuttled to the ceremony and back.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying at the suggested hotels, yes, please be on time for the shuttle. You'll receive details at check in. If you're local and driving, please aim to arrive early. We can't wait to share these moments with you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

These should show up for you when you RSVP. Please RSVP to each to allow for accurate headcount. Please check out details on the Schedule page as well for public events.
