Welcome Party / Henna Night

Desert Chic - Colorful Cultural Attire, Boho, or Desert Inspired
To kick off the festivities, please join us for a Moroccan-style welcome party / henna night in the desert. Dinner will be a traditional Moroccan feast, served after the sun sets over the rolling hills of the Agafay desert. Then enjoy shisha and cocktails as we dance under the stars to the beat of traditional Moroccan drums. Dress Code: Think of a henna night (which is common in South and Central Asian culture) but in the desert. You can be inspired by 1001 nights (wearing colorful cultural clothing such as Afghan, Indian, or Moroccan) or by Dune or Burning Man. We are excited to see your desert aesthetic come to life. If you're in need of ideas, the souks in Marrakesh are a great place to start. Transportation: We will arrange for transportation to and from your accommodation in Marrakesh to Terre des Etoilles camp in Agafay desert. It's approximately a 45-minute drive, so please be on time for your pick-up!

The ceremony will be followed by a candle-light dinner and outdoor reception. The reception will continue until very late, so bring comfortable shoes for dancing and relaxing :)
