We're Getting married!

Lara and Neal met the very first weekend Lara moved to Boston to start her first job. Neal was studying at MIT (smarty pants) and came to a house party hosted at Lara's apartment. A few weeks later, they started officially dating & the rest is history. They finished out Neal's graduate program living in and exploring all over Boston for the next two years, loving every second of their favorite city! After graduation, Neal was posted by the Army at Fort Bragg, NC, and so they have been living outside of Raleigh, North Carolina ever since with their pride and joy, a golden retriever named Tucker. Neal asked Lara to marry him on May 28th, 2021, at the Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod. Lara thought they were going out for her birthday celebration, they had arrived early for dinner, so Neal asked if she wanted to walk for a bit on the beach. After the big ask - Neal and Lara spent a weekend on the Cape celebrating and then headed to Connecticut to celebrate with friends and family.
