What is parking like at the venue?

Answer

The venue has a large parking lot available for everyone. The lower lot is the best place to park for the least amount of walking. Avoid parking in the first parking lot you see, as it is followed by a long and steep gravel road. Signage will be at the venue for easy access.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle will be provided to and from the main hotel. This will leave the hotel at 3:00 on Saturday to head to the ceremony. Please arrive at the hotel by 2:50 to make the shuttle. The shuttle will transport guests back to the hotel following the end of the reception at 10:40.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will take place at our beautiful woodland venue, Camp Wokanda. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The terrain is primarily grass and gravel, so please consider your footwear. Parking is a short walk or shuttle from the ceremony and reception. The reception will be held indoors at the camp's reception hall, which is heated by fireplace. In addition, cozy bonfires will be lit outdoors during the reception for those who want to catch some air.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will have a buffet-style dinner with various options for all palettes. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we will be sure to accommodate you.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes; wine, beer, and seltzers will be served. Soda and water will also be available. No hard liquor is allowed at the venue.
