WHAT IS THE EVENT ON FRIDAY?

Friday from 7-9 all are welcome to join us for heavy appetizers, dessert and drinks to welcome in the weekend!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive by 6:00pm. There will be a sign of where to enter by side entrance from the parking lot. We will have champagne for those who would like to arrive prior to 6pm.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Formal. Examples of appropriate attire include: tuxedos, suits and ties, formal spring dresses, evening gowns and dressy jumpsuits. For those who plan to wear heels, we hope to be outside for the ceremony (weather permitting), but will have heel protectors for those who need them.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR, AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

All events will occur at Westwood Country Club. We hope to have the ceremony outside weather permitting.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

Answer

We will have shuttles to the venue leaving from the Ritz at 5:15, otherwise there will be parking at the venue should you choose to drive.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this wedding is an adults-only event.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP details can be found on the RSVP section of this website. The deadline is April 4, 2024 (Caroline's birthday)

HOTELS

Answer

We have room blocks at two hotels - Meridian and the Ritz. To use our room block link or view other hotel recommendations, refer to the "Travel" page. Please notify us if you are not able to book a room, as we will be in contact with these hotels to increase the size of the room block as needed.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

While gifts are not necessary, we have items registered with Bloomingdales and Zola, which all can be found on the "Registry" section of the website.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that guests put their phones away for the ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities for pictures throughout the rest of the night, however!

WILL THERE BE AN AFTERPARTY?

Answer

Yes! We will have foods and drinks continuing after the formal wedding ends !
