Things To Do
River Walk
Beautiful views of the river, very close to the hotel. Often if we’re downtown we enjoy walking the path after a big meal. Lots of local businesses and bars depending on your scene.
Lake Tahoe
Weather dependent: there’s a lot of great hikes or other activities around the lake. North Lake will be up around Incline Village/Kings Beach and has plenty of fun beaches to visit that will have beautiful views no matter the temperature. South Lake will be down around Heavenly Ski Resort - you might be able to get a boat tour out of Zephyr Cove if that floats your fancy!
Kirkwood Mountain Resort
This was our go to snowboarding mountain winter of 2020/2021 and still a hard to beat favorite.
Travertine Hot Springs
Great natural hot springs away from the city life if you’re up for a drive. Recommend stopping at Minden Meats on your way back for a delicious sandwich (another of our favorites!)
Carson Hot Springs
If you want some hot springs without the long drive, Carson hot springs has a heated pool vibe with pools of differing temperatures.

Our favorite taco spot!
Lá Mint - Vietnamese Kitchen
One of our favorites for a lighter meal. Our go tos are Grilled Pork Pho and Korean Short Ribs. Highly recommend the passion fruit juice and the egg roles to start!

Close to the hotel and one of our favorite upscale downtown restaurants.
