Flight
Tucson International (TUS) is the best airport to fly into. Southwest Airlines tends to have the lowest prices. Also check out Google Flights for more flight information (**Google Flights does not reflect Southwest Airlines; you must check for Southwest flights on their website directly). You can also fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport though it is a two-hour drive to Tucson.
Travel Note
Tucson is a very spread out city. If you are looking to explore the city while you're here, we highly recommend you stay in areas that are more central (near downtown/University of Arizona and surrounding areas). The wedding venue is on the far east side of town which does not have as much to do. However, prices will probably be cheaper closer to the venue. Scroll down to see our hotel block closer to the venue.
Hotel
This is a nice hotel not too far from the venue. We have a reserved room block that should allow for rates of $149 per night. There are only a limited amount of rooms, so purchase as soon as you can if you'd prefer this option over an Airbnb.
Shuttle
April 8, 2023 4:15 pm - 12:00 pm
To get to the wedding, we suggest you take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi as parking is extremely limited at the venue. Towards the end of the wedding/reception, shuttle buses will be available to transport guests to the Tucson Hilton East. It will run every 30 minutes (starting around 10:00pm) with the last shuttle leaving around midnight. You are more than welcome to park your vehicle at the Tucson Hilton East and take an Uber/Lyft to the venue from there. That way, once the wedding is over, you can simply take the shuttle bus back to the Hilton and get home from there. This will be much cheaper than Ubering/Lyfting the whole way as the venue is pretty far in the outskirts of town. Also - please do not drink and drive. We love you and want you to make it home safely ❤
