The ceremony starts at 5:00pm CST in the Onyx Ballroom.

When shoudl I arrive/leave Austin?

Answer

This is up to you! Festivities are on Saturday and the Groom's Dinner (immediate family and Bridal party) is on Friday. Should you be interested in other things Austin has to offer, we'd recommend coming a day or two earlier and/or departing a day or two later.

What is an appropriate wedding gift?

Answer

We are asking those who would like to gift the Bride & Groom a present, to please contribute financially to their Honeymoon Fund. We are blessed for all the material possessions in our lives and would like to make beautiful memories with our new family on our Honeymoon. We'd love to Scuba Dive by way! A lot of the funds will go towards this!

Can I bring my kid(s)? Will there be a baby sitter?

Yes, but make sure to let Ben and Natasha know in the RSVP the ages of the children as well as food preferences/allergies. We will have a baby sitter if you want to enjoy some quality time with your partner kid-free.

Chicken - Coq au Vin Blanc with pearl onions, mushrooms and herbs. White Fish - Halibut with harissa, butter, wilted greens and smashed potatoes. Vegetarian - Gang Kiew Warn Thai green curry with paneer & basmati rice. Kid's Meal - Chicken tenders and Mac & Cheese.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Yes/No/Maybe No - Should you be attending the wedding, it is perfectly fine to take a ride share to and from the hotel/airport. Yes - Should you want to explore all the recommendations Ben/Natasha have on the "Things To Do In Austin" section. Should you want to go to wine country, YES you will want a car. NOTE: You must pay for parking at the LINE Hotel should you chooose to have a car. Maybe - You certainly can get by with walking, scootering, and ride sharing. We have specifically chosen the LINE Hotel as it's in the heart of downtown. NOTE: You must pay for parking at the LINE Hotel should you chooose to have a car.

Who is Natasha?

Some of you don't know or have never met Natasha. So this is a chance for me to share all the wonderful things I love about Natasha: - She is the most unbelievable, loving, resilient and sexy woman I have ever met in my life. - She is cool, calm, and collected under pressure and knows how to have fun! - She is incredibly ambitious and it pushes me to be the best man I can be. - There is nobody else I'd rather climb mountains and dive under the sea with; she is my partner. I love her so much.

Some of you don't know or have never met Ben. So this is a chance for me to share all the wonderful things I love about Ben: - He is the most positive lovely supporting partner a girl could ask for. - He always has a smile on his face and always approaches problems with a solution based attitude. - He is the most wonderful dad Hugo could have ever dreamed of and is the best travel partner. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

Who is Hugo?

Answer

Hugo is our 6 year old son. He is going into 1st grade and is the happiest kid you will ever see. He loves to meet new people and talk about his favorite color(s). He is the easiest kid to entertain because he plays with anything and everything and has an imagination like you have never seen. His favorite thing to do is wrestle with his daddy (Ben).

What COVID health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We are currently not taking any safety measures at the wedding. Masks are not mandatory. Should you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, we encourage to do so.
