About a 30 minute drive from Portland, this venue has it all! Restaurants, bars, movie theater, spa, fire pits, and multiple par 3 golf courses-one of our favorite summertime spots!
Bamboo Sushi
One of our favorite date night spots! Both being foodies, we feel especially blessed living in the PNW for all of our food options and sushi is no exception! Order their green machine, spicy tuna crispy rice, rainbow roll, and finish with a king ora yakumi!
Laurelhurst Market
One of our favorite spots in Portland! Located on the east side, this butcher shop + restaurant has great steaks that are friendly on your taste buds and wallets! Natalie's favorite is the steak frites. Very covid friendly with ample outdoor patio seating available, just make sure to make a reservation!
Beacon Rock Trailhead
We feel especially blessed living in PNW with all the outdoor activities it has to offer and the Columbia Gorge is no exception! Here, you'll find plenty of different hikes with vary difficulties-make sure to check if any require a Discovery Pass or day pass use. One of our favorites is Beacon Rock, a mile long switchback up 848 feet of rock. Make sure to grab lunch and a cocktail at nearby Skamania Lodge!
Oven and Shaker
Yummy, wood fired, Neapolitan style pizza spot conveniently located in both Lake Oswego and NW Portland. Make sure and try their kale salad and spicy salami pizza!

Homemade Italian food in a warm, intimate setting. Insalata mingo and sugo di carne are musts! Buon appetito!
