We are currently registered here on Zola and at the Ivy Cottage store in Mobile, both of which are accessible online (for both our conveniences)! Navigate to our "Registry" section of the website for links and online access, or you can call in to Ivy Cottage directly (as some of our registered items do not appear online). **Side note: Our Zola registry is what immediately appears once you click the registry tab. In order to find the Ivy Cottage registry, click the "Ivy Cottage" header near the top of the page (to the right of "Zola") or scroll to the bottom of the registry page (which is where you will find the link for the Ivy Cottage registry).
Navigate to the tab/section on this website titled "RSVP" or click the RSVP button on the "Home" section. You will be able to enter your first and last name, and the database will search for your invitation. Once the system matches your entered name to the one in the database*, it will then prompt you to select from the choices below (if the party exists). You will then be prompted to choose "Will Attend" or "Will Not Attend" for each approved person in your party AND for each event (ceremony and reception). When you're done, click "Submit All," and you can request a copy of your RSVP! *IMPORTANT: The entered name needs to match exactly what is in the database to work.
Start by typing the name as it appears on the invitation. If that does not work, then try the first and last name of yourself or someone else in your party. (We have tried to use mostly formal names, but there are a couple nicknames we entered out of respect for some of our guests, so try those as well.) If you have already tried the invitation name and other names in your party, then you can try to submit a request for RSVP.
Short answer: Yes, please! We understand it is a crazy season, but we do ask that if you are going to RSVP past the deadline, please do so as soon as possible!
Yes. All that you have to do is retype your name (or someone in your party) as you did before. It will then give you the option to send yourself an email copy of your RSVP responses, or you can scroll down and click "Edit RSVP." (We ask that you not make substantial attendance changes to your RSVP at this point, unless it is an unforeseeable circumstance/emergency.)
Per the listed hotel policies, you may call directly to the hotel for the discounted booking rate. If a room is available, they will honor the reduced rate. Just mention the "Douglas-Calderon Wedding" and they should help you find a room, availability permitting.
This is probably because the rooms that were originally blocked are now fully booked. We recommend calling the hotel directly to ask about room availability. When you do so, mention the "Douglas-Calderon wedding block" so that the hotel knows to honor the reduced rate (assuming there is availability). If there are no rooms left on the link before the cutoff date, we will try our best to add more rooms, in which case you could wait (which we do NOT recommend). The caveat, however, is that the hotel may not have availability anymore. The best solution is to call the hotel for clarification.
The links will NOT work after the cut-off date mentioned under each hotel listing on the "Travel Accommodations" section. The hotels will still honor the discounted rate, however, if there is room availability. Just call the hotel and mention the "Douglas-Calderon wedding block."
