The Royal Sonesta is located in the Loop on the Chicago River and is a 10 minute walk from The Ivy Room and about a 2 minute walk from CTA Red, Brown, Pink, Orange, Green and Purple line train stops. Flight
Flying to Chicago
For those flying in, recommend flying into either O'Hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway International (MDW) Airport! Both airports are close to the city and have a variety of ways to easily get downtown. From Midway, you can take the Orange CTA line to easily get downtown and from O'Hare you can take the Blue CTA line. Both airports also have rental cars and ride share (Uber/Lyft) pick up locations.

Getting Around Chicago
We would recommend walking, using the Chicago CTA train system or ride share options (Uber and Lyft) as the easiest ways of getting around Chicago. If you prefer to drive, there are also a lot of parking garages down town. We recommend using the Spot Hero app to look for the cheapest parking in Chicago near your destination. You can even reserve parking spaces for the entire weekend, usually at a discount and sometimes this can even be cheaper than the parking at your hotel, so it's worth checking!
