4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Attire suggestions: We are simply excited to see you, please wear whatever makes you feel great! Semi-formal or casual, we don't mind either way!
Please arrive at 4:00 P.M. when the doors open to ensure you are seated prior to the ceremony start time. While we do expect all phones to be silenced, please feel free to take photos until the processional begins, and thank you in advance for being mindful of our professional photographers!
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
While the bridal party and family leaves to get pictures taken, there will be custom cocktails and an open bar as well as small bites, please enjoy and mingle with each other, take a look at our picture table, and be sure to leave us a voicemail (or a few throughout the night) on our guestbook phone!
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., refer to FAQ section for dietary restrictions. The bar will reopen at 7:00 P.M. and dancing will be held in the same space. Please join in our Polish bridal "dollar dance" tradition: when the polka music starts, grab a napkin to toss and a dollar to drop (or forgo the dollar for a piece of advice on paper), get in line, and briefly dance with us! This gives us a great opportunity to spend quality time with each of our guests, and don't forget to grab the traditional shot at the end! Going through the dance line multiple times is not expected, but encouraged!
Sat, Oct 12, 2024, 10:00 pm - Sun, Oct 13, 2024, 1:00 am
After the reception, we welcome you downstairs to the Lounge and Cigar bar for an afterparty until 1:00 A.M. We will have bar bites, music, and of course, some fun movies playing on the screens. There will be an opportunity to play pool with the bride and try to beat her, but unfortunately for you she will probably win every time. There is an extended shuttle from the venue to the Marriott Springhill Suites (please refer to invitation for booking a room in our group room block). The last shuttle leaves at 1:30 A.M.
