Portland Int'l Airport is a 25 minute drive from downtown Portland. Car rentals, Lyft, and Uber are all readily available to get you into town! You can also hop on the MAX Red Line (Light Rail) to ride all the way from the airport into downtown (~55 minutes). Eugene Airport (EUG) is a 1h 45min drive from McMinnvile if you prefer a southern approach.

Yes! We have schedule shuttles to take guests from both The Best Western and McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville to the venue. The schedule is as follows: 4:00pm: Shuttle will be a the Best Western and McMenamins Hotel Oregon. 4:15 pm: Shuttles depart promptly from both locations 10:30 pm: Shuttles will depart from the venue at the conclusion of the reception. The shuttles will make a stop at the Best Western for anyone who wishes to get off there. The shuttle's final drop-off will be just around the corner from McMenamins Hotel Oregon. Please note that masks are required on the bus.
