Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will all take place outdoors on the lawn/patio area. For dinner, guests will be seated at assigned tables within the nearby structure, which has a covered roof and roll-up garage-style doors to allow for maximum airflow.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm sharp. If you are driving yourself, please allow enough time to park and find a seat.

Is there a shuttle to the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We have schedule shuttles to take guests from both The Best Western and McMenamins Hotel Oregon in McMinnville to the venue. The schedule is as follows: 4:00pm: Shuttle will be a the Best Western and McMenamins Hotel Oregon. 4:15 pm: Shuttles depart promptly from both locations 10:30 pm: Shuttles will depart from the venue at the conclusion of the reception. The shuttles will make a stop at the Best Western for anyone who wishes to get off there. The shuttle's final drop-off will be just around the corner from McMenamins Hotel Oregon. Please note that masks are required on the bus.
