We are currently planning for a max of 200 guest count and our reception space has the capacity of 400 to allow us safely social distant.
Tables will be set 6 feet apart and seats will be assigned to group similar groups together with a max of 8 per table. We will provide masks and sanitizers for all the guests. Face masks will be required as mandated in the City of Dallas, TX.
Dinner will be served as a plated dinner and appetizers will be passed. Drinks will be served at the bar.
Yes, the hotel has sanitizing stations within few feet all around, we will also have mini sanitizers for our guests. There are also restrooms with sanitizing stations in close proximity of the ballrooms.
All guests must RSVP online on our website via the RSVP page; whether you received a physical invitation or electronic invitation.
Our wedding theme is a “Magical Romance Affair” and would love for our guests to show up in a formal black-tie attire fitting for our wedding celebration.
No plus one’s are allowed, unless already specified on your invitation.
This is an adult-only reception and kids will not be allowed; unless privately specified to you.
