When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Suits and semi-formal dresses/jumpsuits are acceptable. If you're wearing a tux you're doing too much. If you're in a formal black-tie evening gown, you're doing too much. If you're in jeans, you're not doing enough. If you're in a sundress or a body-con, you're not doing enough.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue and you are able to leave your car there overnight if you need. Please drink responsibly.

Question

Will there be shuttles to the venue from the host hotel?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided from the host hotel to the venue for those staying at the hotel. There will be one shuttle to pick up guests at the A Loft Hotel at 3:50 PM to take to the venue. There will be shuttles back to the hotel from the venue, that will start at 8:30 PM and will continue every 30 minutes until 10:00 PM.

I have a food allergy, will there be options for me at the reception?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP the allergies that you have, and we will accommodate it.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "And Guest", then yes. If not, then please do not bring unanticipated guests.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unless specifically included on the invitation, we kindly request you do not bring children. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
