They first met... Mike and Taylor met while working at Liberty Energy. Mike trained Taylor on frac equipment during her 5-week training period. They were shy at first but began exchanging Red Bull, donuts, and breakfast burritos at work daily. Everyone on the crew knew they were going to end up together before they even knew. By the end of Mike's hitch, they had made plans to go on a hike for his days off. The rest is history. The Proposal... The two youngest of Mike's children were out in Colorado for a visit in September 2022. Taylor had made plans for them to go to Anderson Farms with her family. It was a great start to Spooky Season, Mike and Taylor's favorite time of year. Anderson Farms is a pumpkin patch with lots of child friendly activities. It was a great opportunity for the kids to play and get to know each other. At the end of the day, Mike wanted to get some photos with the kids near the corn maze. They went to take pictures and at the end of the photoshoot Mike dropped on one knee and popped the question. They are so excited to start this next chapter of their lives together.
