This event is formal. Timeliness is important as guests will have to go through security in order to enter City Hall.

Reception

This event is casual to semi-formal. Dress for comfort/dance.
A stylish, literary-themed bar with drinks named after characters, punch on tap & book-lined walls. This will not be a formal dinner reception, we are aiming to have a heavy cocktail party with free-form dining. Feel free to change into something more casual, and get ready to party!
