(Colors to avoid black and white.)It will be hot and we want you to feel comfortable. For attire, go for a beach friendly and dressy look. Think linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
We have a reserved block of 10 rooms at the Courtyard Marriott Aguadilla from March 20th-22nd for a discounted priced. However, you are also welcome to book a stay in any of the other local hotels or Airbnbs in the area. Please let us know if you have any other questions regarding accommodations.
Around this time in Puerto Rico, you can expect the temperature to range from high 70's to mid-80's. March is not considered a rainy month in PR but it is an island and the weather could change quickly. We recommend checking the weather one week prior to the wedding to help you pack accordingly.
In regards to the ceremony, we ask that all guests arrive between 30-45 mins prior to the start of the ceremony. This will ensure a prompt start and allow you time to take in the atmosphere. In regards to the entire trip, you are welcome to make this a quick trip just for the wedding or stay for longer and make it a mini-vacation. That depends on you! Either way, we hope you enjoy it!
On the day of the wedding, there will be a shuttle to pick up guests from hotel locations within Aguadilla. You can also call ahead of time to a taxi cab company. Unfortunately, Uber is not yet available in Aguadilla. Please reach out to Chrissy or Elsa if you are concerned about transportation to the venue.
If you do happen to drive yourself to the wedding venue, there will be valet parking and parking will be onsite.
Due to the venue, we could only accommodate up to a certain guest list size. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then we have accounted for a guest for you within our guest list. If not, then we unfortunately cannot accommodate any more guests. If this applies to you and you would like to bring a guest, please check in with Chrissy and Elsa.
Due to the venue, we could only accommodate up to a certain guest list size. When making the list, Chrissy and Elsa attempted to account for those who have kids and may want to bring them. If this applies to you, please check in with Chrissy or Elsa about your decision to bring your children or not. This will allow us to have accurate numbers. Additionally, there will be a kids menu offered as well as an optional babysitter on site that you can pay for so that you can enjoy adult time at the wedding. The babysitter will watch over the kids while they enjoy either the game room or movie room.
You being there to celebrate our love is a gift enough. However, if you still feel inclined to give, please consider donating to one of our registry funds. Just click the "Registry" tab. If you'd prefer to give a more traditional gift, we request that you mail the gift directly to us due to air travel and limited baggage. Cards or other monetary gifts are fine to bring in person.
Yes!!! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MuchoMucho so we can keep track of all of the pictures! And if you happen to capture any that are especially good, send them directly our way :-)
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. We must give correct numbers for attendance to all vendors contracted for the wedding.
