A modern spin on putting, which fuses high-tech gameplay with craft cocktails and curated cuisine. Tyler and I love this place. We try to go as much as possible! They have lots of cool cocktails, three different themed mini golf courses are available and there are lots of cool hang out spots. It is also a restaurant and has great food! Walk-ins are welcome, or make a reservation today!
North Texas is a hotspot for live music, and The Colony is no exception. On any given night, touring bands and local talents light up the stages at one-of-a-kind venues across town. Top bands from across the country headline at Lava Cantina, The Colony’s largest music destination. The open-air venue doubles as a restaurant that serves coastal Mexican fare with a Creole twist, including crawfish and gator dip and enchiladas made with French crepes.
The Colony has a long-standing tradition of annual events, which have become some of the most distinct in the state. The largest of these events is the much-anticipated American Heroes: A Salute to Veterans every November. In conjunction with Veteran’s Day, American Heroes honors former military members while celebrating their service with a weekend full of family-friendly entertainment. Carnival games, fair foods, car shows and veteran ceremonies await at The Colony Five Star Complex. The biggest attraction at American Heroes is the live music series, featuring past performances by The Oak Ridge Boys, Eli Young Band, John Michael Montgomery, Jack Ingram, Sawyer Brown and Tanya Tucker. This will be the same weekend as our wedding, so always an option for those of you who choose to stay longer.
