Formal/Black-Tie Optional: We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and women wear an evening gown or a formal cocktail dress.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have hired buses to take people to and from the hotel and Harrington Farm. If you are taking transportation the buses will leave the hotel at 5:15 pm and leave Harrington Farm at 11:30 pm.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you are taking transportation the buses will leave the hotel at 5:15 pm and leave Harrington Farm at 11:30 pm. If you are driving, please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 5:45 pm.

How long will it take for me to get from the DoubleTree to Harrington Farm?

Answer

It will take around 20 minutes.

Can I Uber after the reception?

Answer

No, you will not be able to get an Uber from Harrington Farm as it is in a remote area. Uber and Taxis are unavailable in the evenings from Harrington Farm. This form of transportation is unreliable and expected to have long delays based on their secluded location. Harrington Farm does not advise any of our guests to use this form of transportation.

Will I need to show my ID at the bar?

Answer

Bartenders will card anyone who looks under 35 years old. Anyone intending to drink alcohol should be prepared to show a valid ID.
