Wedding party, expect to run through the big day with the bride, groom, and coordinator. Come hungry! This event is for the wedding party, mother and father of both the bride and groom, siblings of the bride and groom, and spouses. Guests aren’t to be expected at the venue until Saturday, July 13th.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
For this event we request formal attire. Example of appropriate attire would be sundresses, blouses, jeans without holes, dress pants, and khaki shorts. Please no white! (Hawaiian shirts welcomed!)
The ceremony takes place outside on grass. Be aware of thin heeled shoes as they may sink in the grass. This venue is also filled with many beautiful flowers of all kinds. Those with allergies, please make sure to take the neccessary precautions to ensure that you are comfortbale throughout the entirity of the event.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Reception will be catered by Longhorn BBQ
There will be plenty of food, treats, and drinks. We will take the necessary steps to ensure both gluten free and dairy free options will be included in the dinner menu. (Please be advised that the bartender reserves all rights to cut off guests)
