Philadelphia International Airport

This is the closest major airport to Wilkes-Barre, and has most major airlines. A car rental is strongly encouraged, as Philadelphia is a 2 hour drive from Wilkes-Barre.

Wilkes-Barre Scranton International Airport

This airport is closest to the venue, only about 20 minutes away. American, Delta, and United all fly through this airport, and car rentals are available as well.

Hotel

Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre - East Mountain

We have a room block set aside for guests with a rate of $99 per night plus tax. This should also include breakfast in the morning. All reservations must be made by July 21 to get the group rate.

Shuttle

Shuttle To Wedding

August 8, 2020 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We will have a shuttle bus departing from the hotel. We ask that all guests park at the hotel whether you are staying overnight or not. This will free up the neighborhood from excess vehicles. The shuttle will have multiple departures between 4:30 and 5:15 PM. The trip from the hotel to the wedding location is about a 5-10 minute drive. The wedding ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, and the reception will start at 5:30 PM. The shuttle will run between 9 - 10 PM to take people back to the hotel and their cars. There will be multiple trips, so you can leave when you're ready.
