At this point in time, we simply don't know. We will be following Pennsylvania's public health and safety guidelines, which may mean a reduced guest list or no event at all. Once we know this information, we will pass along the information via email, social media, mail, or any other form of communication needed. We do not plan on rescheduling the wedding to a later date. If the wedding celebration does not happen on August 8, we will have a private celebration with immediate family.
Yes, a shuttle will be available to take you between the hotel and the wedding location.
We have arranged for all guests to park at the hotel, regardless of if they are staying there or not. The shuttle bus will make multiple trips between the hotel and the wedding location between 4:30 - 5:15 PM and 9-10 PM. While there is neighborhood parking available, we can't guarantee availability or how close you will be able to park to the wedding itself. Parking at the hotel is the best way to guarantee a free ride that will drop you off in the right place.
Semi-Formal, please. Let's make it a jean free zone for a night.
No, no kids are invited to the ceremony or the reception. Consider it mom and dad's night off.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Who knows where the night will take us. But at the moment, nothing official.
We are registered at Amazon and Macy's, as well as doing a few funds through Zola. All registry information can be found in the "Registry" section of this website, with links to the other two registries found at the bottom of the page.
Yes, it was. However, the restrictions put in place in Philadelphia were less than ideal, so we decided to move the wedding to the Moorhead backyard. While we are sad to not be in Philadelphia for our big day, we are grateful that we have amazing family who can give us alternatives like a beautiful backyard wedding.
We will have a better idea of the restrictions for this closer to the actual date. We will be providing masks and hand sanitizer to all guests that would like to use them, and will be adding extra measures to the day to make sure everyone can celebrate as safely as possible.
