When should I RSVP by?

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP here on our website under the RSVP tab. We did our best to include all family members in the option to RSVP online or by mail, but if we missed any, we apologize! We have added a spot to include names of members of family or added guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved a room block at The Hampton Inn Fort Morgan and The Best Western Plus. Call and request under Moore/Hirschfeld Wedding. Check the Travel tab for more information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If we accidentally missed a partner attending with you, please contact Ryan or Kaitlyn and they will get it fixed!!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to the 21+ nature of our venue, we have to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family members and the members of the wedding party. If your invite said "and family" or had your child's name listed on the envelope, then YES! If not, we ask that you take the night off from the kids and come to have fun!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it hang loose. The ceremony area is a softer ground so stilettos are not encouraged!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Short answer: Yes! For as long as the alcohol lasts! Long answer: You CAN NOT BYOB!! That is a big no-no so please don't ruin our night for us!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Everything is at the same location! The ceremony will take place outside under a few trees and the reception will take place in the big tin building. While we may be in the shade, please be prepared to be outdoors for the 20-minute ceremony and cocktail hour! The ceremony will be moved indoors in case of inclement weather.

Where should I park?

On the travel page, there is a small photo of a drawing of the venue. The parking lot is shown along with the large tin building the reception will take place in!

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

The venue is okay with cars being left overnight as long as they are picked up by 11 am the next day! If you plan to drink and you don't have a DD, please do not drink and drive!! We want all our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!

Where is the Wedding Registry?

Answer

We have added a very thoughtful registry of gifts we would love as newlyweds! Of course, they are all only suggestions! The things added are from zola.com but can be found on amazon or even target and other stores!
