With many, many precautions in place, we will be moving forward with our day on Friday June 18th. If you have any questions or concerns not answered by the following FAQs, please don't hesitate to reach out to Monica or Raj.
Keeping our guests safe while celebrating is out very top priority. With that in mind we are doing the following: 1. All guests will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test prior to the wedding. We welcome you to provide this or get the test taken in lieu of a wedding gift! Please provide input on this item when you submit your rsvp online. 2. We are asking all guests to wear a mask as much as possible. 3. Upon arriving for the ceremony, all guests will have their temperature taken. Those with a high temperature will be turned away. 4. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. As Covid guidelines have changed, we will now be having dinner and dancing inside, but will have areas outside where guests can still comfortably relax. We are doing everything within the CDC and PA guidelines. 5. For those not comfortable with traveling or with gathering, a zoom link will be provided for the ceremony.
Yes please! We are closely monitoring the CDC guidelines, but for now we think it's safe to assume you should bring a mask with you.
I think we've covered it all here, but please know that we and the venue are doing everything in our power to make sure the day is safe and wonderful! With all of that mind, we will need to provide a list of our wedding guests for contact tracing purposes just in case, and we can not guarantee that there is no risk of getting Covid at our event. By positively rsvping, please know that you are consenting to the safety measures and precautions of the day. If that gives you any concern, feel free to join and participate on the day via our live stream link.
Please rsvp by June 1st, 2021. We will not be sending out physical invitations, so this website is your best source of all wedding information.
We do! If you'd like you can tag your pictures on the day with #rajandmontrimony
Yes, we are! With all the uncertainties around Covid, we decided to get legally married on September 13th, 2020. We had a small, at home Indian ceremony in our new house followed by a small ceremony officiated by Monica's brother Nate at the Fairmont Copley Hotel in Boston. It was a lovely day, but we can't wait to celebrate with our extended family and friends.
Yes there will be! We will be running shuttles to and from the hotel 2 hours prior to the wedding and for another 2 hours towards the end of the night.
