We have loved every meal in Fredericksburg. Try FOODE for a farm-to-table meal in a historic bank, Orofino for great Italian food, the Alpine Chef for German cuisine (and Rachel-approved mashed potatoes) in an old train station, or Benny Vitali's for a slice of pizza (even bigger than a NY slice)!

Fredericksburg has a lot of history - you can check out George Washington's boyhood home, the Mary Washington House, Chatham Manor, or the Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park. There are also ample places to get outside and go for a hike!
