Hilton Dallas/ Southlake Town Square

Our preferred hotel is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth and 10 minutes from the DFW airport. It sits in the beautiful Southlake Town Square, where guests can enjoy many shops and restaurants in their free time. Our shuttle buses will leave from the parking lot for the ceremony, so don't be late! Click the link to book our room block.

Flight

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

DFW is the closest and most convenient airport for our wedding weekend. Located in Grapevine, it is 10 minutes away from our preferred hotel and our rehearsal dinner. You can easily attend all wedding events without renting a car if you fly into DFW.

Shuttle

Transportation from the Hilton Southlake to The Nest at Ruth Farms

We want all of our guests to enjoy our wedding without worrying about driving anywhere! Therefore, we will be providing a shuttle from the Hilton Southlake to our wedding ceremony at 4:00 pm. Please be prompt if you would like to take the shuttle. An early shuttle will return to the hotel at 8:45 and then return service will be provided at the end of the night. Please indicate if you will be taking the shuttle on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Flight

Dallas Love Field

For those guests who prefer to use Southwest Airlines, you will be flying into Love Field. This airport is smaller and is located right in Dallas. This is a great option if you are willing to rent a car for the weekend.

Since our wedding is during a holiday weekend, please be aware of increased travel activity. We recommend booking transportation as early as possible.
