Question

How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by April 20th. In order to correctly RSVP, you have to enter your first and last name as it appears on our guest list. If your'e having trouble, please try entering your formal name (ie. Michael instead of Mike). You are also able to RSVP for guests and children on the website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation reads "and guest" you are welcome to bring a date. If it does not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. The reception will conclude at 10:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire that is comfortable for the Texas heat and for dancing. No formal gowns or tuxedos needed.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend staying at our block of rooms at the Hilton Southlake Town Square. Please see our travel page for additional information.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle buses from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. Please see our transportation page for more information.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

It is a holiday weekend, so please plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will be serving food buffet style and will not be taking individual orders. We will make sure our staff is aware of all potential allergens in order to best advise you of food options on the day of the wedding.
